What happens if I have reached my pet limit and then win a pet auction?
I'm bidding on an auction that will be over before I can build up my stables...

If you win an auction you still get the pet, you'll just have 201/200 stable spaces.
You won't be able to bid, though.
Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Im gonna sound like an idiot here, but is there a way to upgrade your pound limit without using a premium scroll? Because I cant find it anywhere and its making me feel stupid.

It's not possible to adopt more than one pet from the pound per day. Currently no item is able to allow you to adopt more than one.
