my throdma that had a custom skin Now doesn’t have one for some reason. Please help

Please provide some more info: pet ID, the custom skin that was applied, rough estimate when it disappeared.

It's possible to remove a custom skin with a Gray Jar. If you recently used it, please make sure that you did that with the correct pet.
