I have room for babies and shes not doing anything. Shes never been bred I dont understand?

Was her energy 0 at the time you tried to breed her? Pets lose one point of energy when tjhey breed, and can't breed if their energy is 0.

BOTH of my female Simurgh's energy is ten and BOTH still can't breed. HELP!

Are they busy--fighting at arena, exploring, etc? And do you have space in your stables? Since pregnant females take an extra space, they can't breed if there isn't room for a new baby.
