So I have a lovely lady that is pregnant aad I HAD three others signed up for the defender pheromone, but how do i lock them into place, like what button do I press or where do I go?

You click "save" under the pheremones dropdown. 

It doesn't exactly lock, though; you can change the pheremone  assignment up until the baby is born.
