Pretty sure that Lykos comes from "λύκος/lýkos" with is proto-indo-european. This evolved into a few different forms in other languages. Notably Greek (which I know very little about, but that it also uses a cyrillic alphabet). Google tells me the plural is "Λύκοι". That ends in a nasally "oui". The term "lycan" moves to the plural "lykanos".
In Russian (cyrillic alphabet) this became "волк" (volk) which would be pluralized as "волки" (pronounced volki).
In Latin the term would be "lupus" (loopus), the plural would be "lupi" (loopy)
I think really you can take your pic... I think "Lykoi (pronounced lie-kie) would actually be an accurate thing to say to be honest...
I don't knnow much about Greek, but I have some dabbling in Russain in Latin!

I looked it up and the plural is lycus
