Thanks so much to anyone who can help me! I've been looking to create custom skins!
I was wondering, what progams do you guys use, or reccomend? What tips do you have for someone who is starting out?
Again, thank you so much! I haven't begun actually doing digital art, I've only been doing traditional up until this point. But I'm super excited! Cheers! :^D

A good free program is firealpaca or medibang
wacom tablets are best.

I use GIMP (similar with photoshop) and Paint Tool SAI.

I'm a bit late to the thread, but I thought I'd recommend the Ugee tablet (I have an EX07) as a counterpoint to Wacom - Ugee is cheaper and just as good. And I also second the recommendation for SAI, the "flip canvas" function is such a life saver sometimes.
