there is a quest called 

Party of Amazons is looking for a
 
Dragon with Fearsome look to frighten the enemies
Reward: 3000
and I have a dragon with fersom look in my quest tab so i want to money but it wont let my sen the pet to retreve it

You have no dragons with Fearsome Look trait at this moment. All quests ask for a traits and not for genes. A recessive gene doesn't provide your pet with a trait.
