Following the rules I read up on the pin.

1.) Simple typo that has not been noticed yet. The typo is "There's no located items in the memory of your Portal.!" With a period before the exclamation point.

2.) Simply run the Portal's islands out of memory by exploring until there is no other islands in memory.

3.) Not sure what to say, since It's a very simple typo to find.

4.) 

5.) I use the latest version of Google Chrome and Windows 10.
