I don't know if it's a good idea, but maybe you could add a feature where it would be possible to recreate schemes for items, buildings, and golems. It just seemed like a sort of thing that would be able to happen in real life, you know? 

I don't really know how this would be implemented... maybe as a building, like a Drafter, who you could pay a silver fee to recreate a scheme. I don't think it would be a thing to put in crafting, though, because that just seems overcomplicated.

I know this isn't very well thought out, and it would be really hard to implement, so if anyone can think of a better way to do this it would be appreciated.

Explore and trades provide an excess of crafting schemes already. In terms of balance, we actually need a way to dump extra schemes, not to create new ones.
