i have a deviance extractor and im trying to use it but i click on it and it doesnt give me a use option. why? i really wanna use it.

Apparently it's a seasonal item (Tundra event), like the Charged Sticks and Portal Energy Cells. You can't craft any of them right now, or use ones already in the inventory. You'll have to wait til the winter again.
