I exchanged animals with another person and I didn't get the animal but the other person got their pet. They didn't have the pet on their account that I had exchanged for and the pet didn't show up on my account. My stables were full at the time and now I have 29 pets...

(update) A few hours later it just showed up, still had 29 pets (strange...) and reloading didn't make it appear, time did...

Could you please provide the link to the missing pet? You can find it in the exchange message.

I can say this happens everytime you exchange a pet, no matter what pets it takes a while to process for some reason. I hope you can figure something out about it ;b;
