I have a different question... This kinda happened with me when I got back from an exploration with one of my female dragons and all of a sudden she's pregnant! So, I'm asking: Is it possible to breed with males/females that aren't (!) in breeding offers?

There is a fertility shrine that asks if you wish to participate in a biodiversity program. You receive vermillion and your female becomes pregnant if you respond yes. Perhaps this is what you encountered.

This could be it - it happened the 2nd time today with another dragoness (= female dragon).
Problem solved ;)
