Hi, I just created my account today, and I'm still in the tutorial mode because

when I put my pet on the portal, the icon is shining and I click on but it does'nt

work and I just can't go out and finish the quest.... And play :(

Please make sure that nothing blocks popups on beastkeeper.com. It's not a bug but a client-side web security configuration. Portal exit confirmation is a regular browser alert. It may be blocked by your browser, antivirus, firewall and other security software. Unfortunately, we can't tell what software exactly does this and what settings need to be adjusted. Only you know your local PC or device software environment.
