I had this pointed out to me but the Carpo I got was male... isn't it supposed to be female? I considered using a Change Sex to right the issue myself but if this is a bug I'd rather it be fixed than waste the item.

Yes, this is really a bug. Not a coding one but an oversight. We completely forgot that default gender for Carpo needs to be changed. It's fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
