1. Invites are common.

They are found a lot exploring islands. Thus, there's not much incentive to purchase them in the premium store, unless you really want a specific visitor and can't find that invite in regular trades. And the regular trades have a lot of invites. Because not many people have a use for them (not many have inns), they often go for 1000 silver or less. That's for an item purchasable for 10 or 20 gold! Which brings me to my next point...

2. Invites are very expensive relative to their benefits.

Magic fruits and the cheaper potions (mutagen, amnesia, energy drink) all sell for at least 5,000 silver on the regular market - yet they are all purchasable for 5 gold or less. This is because their effects are permanent or very useful. Invites disappear after two days, and their usefulness varies hugely. If I were to rank them:

1. Geneticist (Huge vermillion savings for breeding projects, sales, etc.)

2. Trainer/Druid (Trainer saves silver for high levels, Druid improves wild stock)

3. Traveling Merchant (Random, but possibilty of good deal)

4. Clairvoyant, Dryad, Traveling Magician, Captain of Rangers (For wild catchers)

5. Catchers, Animal Magicians

6. Financier (total silver gained...~5000 over 3 days, with a level 5 Townhall.)

7. Cartographer (it saves you...150 silver every 3 hours?)

Please let me know if I've mis-evaluated anything! Also, no idea about Tactic Map invites, since I haven't been on the Battlefield.

Anyway, could there be some gold price differences to reflect the usefulness of the invitations? Also taking into account the first point, invites in general seem like they should be cheaper. Here are proposed prices:

5 gold: Geneticist/Druid/Trainer

3 gold: Traveling Merchant, Clairvoyant, Dryad, Traveling Magician, Captain of Rangers

1 gold for the rest. (not including battlefield invites)

This would at least put invites on par with magic fruit, and make them a more tempting purchase in the shop.

Agreed! I'm always reluctant to buy invites, I think the prices are way too high.

Hey everyone!

I agree as well. I'd buy lots of geneticist invites- from the premium shop, but they are so much cheaper in the trades right now!!!

Always looking for Expand Stable Scrolls

I agree, these prices seem much better considering the invites effect and rarity.
