I'm new. I have very little money. I have tried to breed a deviant pet, but so far I have been unsuccessful. The pet auctions for deviants are too expensive, I don't have 100000 silver. Nobody will trade a deviant for a non deviant pet. How do I get one? I want some.

Just stick with trying to breed a deviant. While it would certainly be quicker to buy one off the trades, like you said they are really expensive. You might not get a deviant with your first 10 breedings but keep at it, you'll get one eventually.
Just make sure you're breeding a pet with homozygous color/pattern with another with homozygous color/pattern. That way you'll have the best chance (10%) at deviance.
