I was wondering if this defeat is the result of a bug. I though that you had to have atleast one red maneuver for deadly frost to work on you :

Edit : I just got kicked of the portal a second time with deadly frost but this time with the whirlwind on their side, does the set back counts as a negative maneuver for me?

Thank you for reporting! The description of this tactics is bugged. The condition for it to work is less than 3 movement maneuvers only without the negative maneuver. I fixed the description. The idea was that your opponent's squad is freezing unless it moves to get warm.

Can I ask if it's the same with Phobos and Deimos?

Phobos and Deimos tactics works as described in FAQ - it requires a red maneuver to be triggered. When one of the squad members fails, others lose the remainders of courage and run away in terror from the battlefield. Actually the problem with description for Deadly Frost appeared because it was copy-pasted from Phobos and Deimos and wasn't edited properly.
