Actually you did. It is almost 20:00 at the moment of writing this post, so 20 hours from pound reset. This pet was adopted only about 19 hours ago judging by the time of the "Adopted" effect. So you used the pound today in about one hour after reset.

It depends on the time zone, I think. I'm not sure when rollover is.
